Esther Bent is the founder and creative force behind Yoga Bloody Yoga, a Long Beach based yoga brand blending movement, music, art, and alternative culture into an accessible and community-driven wellness experience.
Created for people who never fully connected with traditional wellness spaces, Yoga Bloody Yoga combines strength-based yoga, immersive music, and creative expression through classes, events, audio experiences, and lifestyle products designed for everyday practice.
Since launching Yoga Bloody Yoga in 2022, Esther has built a growing community around the idea that wellness does not have to look polished, exclusive, or performative to be meaningful. Her classes and products are designed for real people — beginners, artists, musicians, creatives, metalheads, and anyone searching for movement practices that feel authentic and sustainable. Her goal is to be the gateway to the world of yoga by being a safe space for those who have wanted to try yoga but felt they didn't belong.
Drawing from backgrounds in art, music culture, design, and creative production, Esther approaches yoga as both a physical practice and a creative ritual. Her teaching style focuses on mobility, strength, grounding, mindfulness, and emotional regulation while creating an environment that feels welcoming, expressive, and deeply human.
In addition to teaching yoga classes and hosting community events, Esther designs and curates Yoga Bloody Yoga products including yoga mats, accessories, apparel, and practice tools inspired by music culture, alternative aesthetics, and intentional living.
Yoga Bloody Yoga is also home to the Metal Health Talks podcast, where Esther hosts conversations exploring music, mental health, creativity, movement, and wellness with artists, musicians, and members of the alternative community.
What started as a small local project has grown into an evolving lifestyle brand centered around movement, self-expression, creativity, and connection.
